Terms of Service

The rules for using Chezzz BI Hub as a BI Specialist, Recruiter or visitor.

Version 2026-08-11 · Effective 2026-08-11 · Last updated 2026-08-11

These Terms explain what Chezzz BI Hub does, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you — including how challenges, talent assessments, subscriptions, credits, rewards and AI features work. Please read them in full.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and Chezzz BI Hub (also written as ChezzzBI). They apply when you create an account, sign in, or use any part of the platform.

By registering or using Chezzz BI Hub you confirm that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Chezzz BI Hub. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that company.

2. What Chezzz BI Hub Is

Chezzz BI Hub is a professional Business Intelligence platform. It allows BI Specialists to publish portfolios, build reputation, take part in challenges and talent assessments, and be discovered by recruiters. It allows recruiters to post opportunities, run structured tasks and review candidates.

We are not an employer

We do not employ users, do not hire on behalf of recruiters, and are not a party to any employment, contracting or engagement relationship formed between users.

We are not a recruitment agency

We do not represent candidates, do not negotiate on your behalf and do not guarantee introductions, interviews or offers.

We do not guarantee outcomes

We do not guarantee employment, income, project awards, challenge wins, assessment success, recruiter interest or business results.

3. Your Account

Accurate information

You must give accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

One account per person

Accounts are personal to you. Do not share your login details or let anyone else use your account.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Extra sign-in protection

Where the platform offers or requires an additional sign-in step, such as an authenticator code, you must use it and keep your recovery information safe. You must not attempt to bypass, disable or work around platform security controls.

Account roles

Accounts operate as BI Specialist, Recruiter or platform administrator. Features and permissions depend on your role, and roles are controlled by the platform.

Impersonation is prohibited

You must not impersonate another person, company or Chezzz BI Hub itself, and you must not misrepresent your identity, employer, experience or credentials.

4. Your Content and Ownership

You own your content

You keep ownership of the profile information, portfolio items, files, submissions and other content you upload.

Licence you give us

You grant Chezzz BI Hub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute your content, but only as needed to operate the platform, show your content to the audience you have chosen, run the workflows you take part in, provide the features you use, and moderate and protect the service.

Limits of that licence

We do not sell your content, do not claim ownership of it, and do not use it for advertising.

Your promises about your content

You confirm that you have the right to upload what you publish, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, that it does not contain confidential employer or client information you are not permitted to share, and that it is not unlawful, misleading or harmful.

Public content

Content you publish publicly can be seen, saved and shared by others. We can remove content from the platform, but we cannot recall copies other people have already made.

Content you share into a workflow

When you deliberately submit or share content through a platform workflow — for example a challenge submission, an assessment attempt, a recruiter invitation or a candidate review — that content becomes part of that workflow. Deleting your own copy later does not automatically remove records that another user or the platform has legitimately received or must keep.

Deleting your own content

Where you knowingly confirm a permanent deletion after being warned, we will not ordinarily be responsible for your later inability to retrieve that deleted content, subject to applicable law. This does not apply where content is lost because of a fault on our side.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use Chezzz BI Hub to:

  • break the law or encourage others to do so
  • post false, misleading, fraudulent or plagiarised content
  • fabricate experience, credentials, qualifications or results
  • harass, abuse, threaten or discriminate against any person
  • post harmful, obscene, hateful or otherwise inappropriate material
  • infringe intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights
  • scrape, harvest or bulk-extract platform data
  • attempt to bypass access controls, security measures or paywalls
  • attack, overload, probe or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure
  • manipulate reputation, rankings, verification, challenges or assessments
  • use another user's account or share access to yours
  • post spam, advertising or unrelated commercial promotion
  • misuse AI features to deceive, cheat or produce misleading material

Breaching this section may lead to content removal, feature restriction, suspension or account termination.

7. BI Specialist Responsibilities

Honest representation

Your profile, portfolio and professional history must be accurate and must represent your own work. Do not present someone else's work as your own.

Confidentiality

Do not publish confidential employer or client data. Anonymise or recreate sample data where necessary.

Participation

If you enter a challenge or attempt an assessment, follow the instructions, deadlines and rules that apply to it.

Your own copies

Keep your own copies of important material. The platform is not a backup service.

8. Recruiter Responsibilities

Genuine opportunities

Jobs, challenges and assessments must be genuine, accurately described and lawful. Do not post fake roles or use tasks to obtain free commercial work.

Lawful and fair recruitment

You must comply with employment, equality and data protection law in the jurisdictions where you operate, and must not discriminate unlawfully.

Candidate information

Candidate information you receive may only be used for the recruitment purpose it was provided for. You must protect it, must not resell or redistribute it, and must delete it when you no longer have a lawful reason to keep it.

Funding obligations

Where a task carries a reward, it must be funded before it goes live, and the declared reward must be honoured in line with platform rules.

Assessment integrity

Assessment content and questions must not be republished or used to disadvantage candidates unfairly.

Your own decisions

You remain responsible for your hiring decisions and for any checks you rely on.

9. Projects and Challenges

This section covers challenges created by recruiters and platform administrators: how they are set up, funded, entered, judged and closed. It is separate from the Analytics Portfolio Gallery.

How challenges work

A challenge owner publishes a task with instructions, a deadline and, where applicable, a reward. Participants submit their work before the deadline.

Eligibility and entry

Public challenges are open to eligible BI Specialist accounts. Private challenges are open only to invited participants. Entry may also depend on verification, account standing and any conditions the owner sets.

Instructions and deadlines

The challenge owner sets the instructions, requirements and deadline. Participants must follow them. Submissions made after the deadline may not be considered.

Submissions

Participants keep ownership of their submissions and grant the licence described above so the submission can be delivered to and reviewed by the challenge owner. Submitted work must be your own or lawfully used, and submitting does not guarantee selection.

Funding

Rewards must be funded through checkout before the challenge is published. An unfunded reward task will not go live.

Reward commitment and top-ups

A funded reward is a commitment to the participants. Where the product supports increasing a reward, the additional amount is a new payment and the applicable service fee applies to that additional amount. A committed reward cannot be reduced once the challenge is live and before a winner has been declared.

Editing a live challenge

The product restricts what can be changed after a challenge is published, and further restricts changes once a submission has been received. Payment amounts, fees, difficulty and question pack selections cannot be edited. These restrictions exist to keep the task fair for everyone who has already entered.

Judging and winner selection

The challenge owner reviews submissions and declares the winner. Judging is the owner's professional decision. Chezzz BI Hub does not select winners on their behalf, except where platform administration is required for integrity reasons.

Concerns about a decision

We do not normally substitute our own view for the owner's professional assessment, and we cannot re-judge a challenge on request. We can and do investigate where there is a credible concern about fraud, manipulation, a breach of these Terms, a payment dispute, abuse, security or platform integrity, or where the law requires it, and we may take action as a result.

Service fee

Where a challenge carries a monetary reward, the organiser funds two separate amounts: the reward itself, and a Chezzz BI Hub organiser service fee of 20% of that reward. The reward amount, the service fee and the total payable are shown before you confirm payment, and those displayed figures apply to that transaction. Example only: a £100 reward carries a £20 service fee, so the organiser pays £120 in total. The organiser service fee is charged in addition to the reward and is not taken out of the reward. The winner is credited with the full advertised reward. A separate deduction may apply to a BI Specialist at withdrawal, as described in "Rewards, Wallets and Withdrawals"; the two are different charges, paid by different people, at different stages, and are never added together.

Reward release

Once a winner is declared and any required checks are complete, the reward is credited to the winner's reward balance and can then be withdrawn under the withdrawal rules below.

Cancellation and closure

A live challenge is cancelled or closed rather than deleted, so that payment, participation and moderation history stays intact. Cancellation stops new participation. Where the product supports republishing a task that has not reached final closure, it can be republished under the rules shown at the time.

Disputes and held funds

Refunds and dispute handling follow the rules shown in the product at the time. Where a dispute arises, we may hold funds while it is investigated.

Records

Payment history, participation, submissions and moderation actions are kept as described in our Privacy Policy, separately from whether the task itself is still displayed.

Integrity

Manipulating a challenge, colluding, submitting work you did not create, or gaming the reward system is prohibited and may result in disqualification and account action.

10. Talent Assessments

How assessments work

An assessment owner configures an assessment, selects or generates questions, and invites or opens it to candidates. Candidates attempt it within the rules set for it.

Invitations and visibility

An assessment can be public, so eligible candidates can find and attempt it, or private, so only invited candidates can take part. Invitations, deadlines and any limit on attempts are set by the owner and shown in the product.

Questions and question packs

Questions may be selected by the owner or generated through the platform, and optional question packs may be purchased. Question content is provided for the assessment only and remains confidential.

Fees

Fees for running an assessment, and for optional question packs, are shown in the product before purchase and are charged directly rather than in credits.

Rewards and funding

Where an assessment carries a reward, that reward must be funded through checkout in the same way as a challenge reward. The same organiser service fee of 20% of the reward applies, charged to the organiser in addition to the reward, and the reward, fee and total payable are shown before you confirm payment. Any question pack amount is separate from that service fee. Assessment rewards are never funded with ChezzzBI Credits.

Scoring and results

Scoring is carried out by the platform according to the assessment configuration. Results are made available to the assessment owner.

Recruiter review

The assessment owner reviews attempts and results and decides what happens next. A score is one piece of information and does not by itself determine a recruitment outcome.

Assessment integrity

Candidates must complete assessments themselves, without impersonation, unauthorised assistance or sharing of questions or answers. Question content is confidential and must not be republished or distributed.

Manipulation and investigation

We may investigate suspected cheating, impersonation, unauthorised sharing of protected questions, or manipulation of scoring, and specifically authorised platform personnel may review the assessment and its attempts where that is necessary for integrity, a complaint or a dispute.

Consequences of breach

Suspected breaches of assessment integrity may result in an invalidated attempt, withheld results, forfeited rewards, and suspension or termination of the account.

Retention of attempts and results

Attempts, answers, scores and related payment records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy. Closing, archiving or deleting an assessment does not by itself delete those records.

Decisions

Any decision recorded by the assessment owner is their decision, not ours.

11. Verification and Reputation

Verification

Verification indicates that a structured platform check has been completed. It is not a professional certification, a guarantee of skill, or an endorsement of any individual.

Reputation signals

Reputation indicators, rankings and featured placements are generated by the platform from recorded activity. They may change over time and may be adjusted where we detect manipulation or error.

No entitlement

No user is entitled to a particular badge, ranking or placement, and we may review, adjust or remove them where necessary to protect integrity.

12. Subscriptions and Plans

Plans

Chezzz BI Hub offers a Free plan and paid plans for BI Specialists and recruiters. The features, limits and allowances included in each plan are shown on the subscription page in the product, and those displayed entitlements apply to your plan.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider on a recurring basis for the billing period you selected, until cancelled. Prices are shown before you subscribe.

Allowances and limits

Plan allowances, such as portfolio limits, video limits and AI allowances, are enforced by the platform. Some allowances reset on a recurring basis as described in the product. Unused allowance does not roll over unless stated.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect according to the process shown at checkout. On downgrade or cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the paid period and then revert to the lower plan's limits. Content that exceeds the lower plan's limits may become unavailable until you bring your account within those limits.

Cancellation

You can cancel from Account Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals. Except where required by law or expressly stated, payments already made are not refunded.

Changes to plans and pricing

We may change plan features and pricing. Where a change affects your existing paid plan, we will make it clear before it applies to your next renewal.

13. ChezzzBI Credits

What credits are

Credits are platform usage credits used to pay for credit-supported AI features. They are not money, not a stored cash balance and not a payment account.

What credits can be used for

Credits are used for credit-supported AI features in AI Studio. They cannot be used to fund challenge rewards, talent assessment fees, question packs or recruiter payments, which are paid directly.

Charging

The cost of a credit-supported action is shown before you run it. Credits are deducted when the action completes successfully; failed runs are not charged.

No cash value

Credits have no monetary value outside the platform, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred between users and cannot be withdrawn.

Credits are not rewards or wallet money

Credits are separate from reward balances, wallet balances and any amount you can withdraw. They cannot be converted into a reward balance or into cash.

Future pricing and package changes

We may change credit prices, package structures and the credit cost of an action as the platform develops. Any change applies to future purchases and future actions only, and never changes a purchase you have already completed.

Expiry and forfeiture

Credits are forfeited if your account is terminated for breach of these Terms or when you delete your account.

14. Rewards, Wallets and Withdrawals

Reward balance

Rewards you win are credited to your reward balance. For applicable public challenge and rewarded talent assessment rewards, the Chezzz BI Hub winner deduction (if any) is applied when the reward is awarded, and the amount added to your reward balance is your net reward. A reward balance reflects an entitlement recorded by the platform; it is not a bank account and is not insured.

Requesting a withdrawal

You can request a withdrawal of an available reward balance. Withdrawals are processed through our payment provider, and you must complete their payout account setup and verification before you can be paid.

Free plan winner deduction

A BI Specialist on the Free plan when an applicable reward is awarded is subject to a 20% Chezzz BI Hub winner deduction from that reward. The remaining 80% is credited to their reward balance as the net reward, before any separate charges or requirements that our payment provider may apply. This deduction is part of the Free plan's commercial model.

Paid plan winner deduction

A BI Specialist on a confirmed paid plan (Pro or Premium) when an applicable reward is awarded has a 0% Chezzz BI Hub winner deduction, and the full reward is credited. This is a plan benefit and does not mean that no external payment-provider charges or requirements can ever apply.

When your plan is assessed

For applicable public challenge and rewarded talent assessment rewards, your plan is determined by the platform when the reward is awarded. The gross reward, the deduction percentage, the deduction amount and the net reward are fixed for that reward at that point. A later upgrade or downgrade does not change a reward that has already been awarded.

Figures shown to you

The gross reward, the applicable Chezzz BI Hub winner deduction and the net reward credited are shown in your Reward Earnings for each applicable reward. Example only: a BI Specialist on the Free plan when a £100 reward is awarded has a £20 Chezzz BI Hub winner deduction and £80 credited; a BI Specialist on a paid plan at that point has a £0 deduction and £100 credited. Because the deduction has already been taken, no further Chezzz BI Hub winner deduction is applied to that reward when you withdraw it.

Rewards credited before this rule applied

Reward balances credited under our earlier approach may continue to be treated under the rules that applied when they were credited, which assessed the plan at the point of withdrawal. Where that is the case, the applicable deduction and the net amount are shown to you before you confirm the withdrawal.

Not the organiser service fee

This deduction is separate from the organiser service fee described in "Projects and Challenges" and "Talent Assessments". The organiser service fee is paid by the person funding a reward when they fund it. The winner deduction applies to a Free-plan BI Specialist when a reward is awarded to them. They are different charges, paid by different people, and are never combined into a single rate.

Review and approval

Withdrawals are subject to review, anti-fraud checks and verification of the underlying reward before approval. We may delay, decline or reverse a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, manipulation, error, breach of these Terms, or where we are required to do so by law.

Timing

Once approved, the transfer is made to your payout account through our payment provider. Settlement timing is determined by the payment provider and your bank, and is outside our control.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any tax due on amounts you receive.

15. Payments and Refunds

Payment provider

Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also accept the payment provider's terms for that transaction.

Prices

Prices shown in the product apply to that purchase. Taxes may be added where applicable.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated in the product, purchases, funding, fees and subscription payments are non-refundable once the related service has been provided or the related task has been published.

Failed or disputed payments

We may suspend features, reverse entitlements or restrict an account where a payment fails, is charged back, or is reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.

16. AI Features

Decision support only

AI Studio and Candidate AI Review provide professional analysis and decision-support output. They do not make decisions for you and do not replace professional judgement.

External processing

To deliver AI features, the material you submit is processed by trusted external AI and technology providers acting on our behalf.

Accuracy

AI output can contain errors, misinterpretations or omissions, and depends on the quality of the material you submit. You should review AI output before relying on it.

Not professional advice

AI output is not employment, legal, financial or recruitment advice, and is not a certification of ability.

No automated hiring decisions by us

Chezzz BI Hub does not make automated final hiring decisions. Recruiters and employers decide who progresses and remain responsible for lawful, fair recruitment.

Responsible use

You must not use AI features to fabricate credentials or experience, to deceive another user, or to produce unlawful or misleading content.

Availability

AI features depend on external providers and may be changed, limited or temporarily unavailable.

17. Moderation and Platform Integrity

To keep the platform safe, fair and lawful, we may review reported or suspected content, hide or remove content, restrict features, invalidate manipulated results, adjust reputation or verification signals, and suspend or terminate accounts.

Specifically authorised platform personnel may access private content where that is reasonably required for support, moderation, safety, dispute investigation, fraud prevention, legal compliance or platform integrity. This access is controlled, requires a recorded reason and may be logged. It is described further in our Privacy Policy.

18. Our Intellectual Property

Chezzz BI Hub, including the platform software, design, branding, structure, scoring logic, assessment framework and documentation, belongs to us or our licensors.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, republish or create derivative products from the platform, and you may not use our name or branding without our written permission.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Parts of the platform depend on independent third-party providers, including payment processing, hosting and infrastructure, email delivery and AI processing. We choose these providers carefully and remain responsible for our own obligations to you, but we cannot guarantee that an independent provider's systems will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The platform may also link to external websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

20. Email Communications

Email is part of how the platform works, so creating an account includes agreeing to receive the communications needed to operate and use the service.

Account and security messages

We send messages about registration, email confirmation, password resets, sign-in security and account status. These are essential and cannot be turned off while your account is open.

Payment and reward messages

We send confirmations and updates about purchases, funding, credits, rewards and withdrawal status, because you need them as a record of what happened.

Challenge and assessment messages

We send invitations, participation updates, deadline reminders, results and winner notifications relating to tasks you take part in or run.

Service notices

We send important service notices, such as significant changes, maintenance that affects you, and updates to these Terms or the Privacy Policy.

Support messages

If you contact support or raise a complaint, we reply by email about that issue.

Optional communications

Optional platform updates, such as new public opportunities, product news and community updates, can be turned off from Account Settings and turned back on at any time.

What turning them off does not stop

Turning off optional communications does not stop the essential account, security, payment, transactional, legal and service messages described above.

21. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Chezzz BI Hub available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, technical faults and third-party outages can affect availability.

We may add, change, limit or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces something you have paid for, we will handle it fairly.

22. Suspension and Termination

By you

You can stop using the platform at any time and can delete your account from Account Settings.

By us

We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, where your use risks harm to other users or to the platform, where fraud or manipulation is reasonably suspected, or where we are required to do so by law.

Effect of termination

On termination, access to the platform ends, unused credits, allowances and plan benefits are forfeited, and content may be removed. Records we must keep for legal, financial, security or dispute reasons are retained as described in our Privacy Policy. Rewards genuinely earned before termination are handled according to platform rules and any investigation that applies.

23. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

  • the platform will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free
  • content posted by users is accurate, lawful or complete
  • recruiters, candidates or opportunities are as described by the user who posted them
  • AI output is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose
  • use of the platform will lead to employment, income or any other outcome

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chezzz BI Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business or opportunity, loss of goodwill or reputation, loss of anticipated savings, or loss or corruption of data or content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (£100).

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of other users, including recruiters and candidates, or for decisions made by them.

25. Your Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Chezzz BI Hub against claims, losses, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your content, or your unlawful handling of another person's information.

26. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally before formal proceedings.

27. General Terms

Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the whole agreement between you and us about the platform.

Severability

If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

No waiver

If we do not enforce a right immediately, we do not lose it.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours as part of a reorganisation or business transfer.

No third-party rights

These Terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and us.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform develops or as legal requirements change. The version and effective date at the top of this page show the current edition. Where a change is material, we will make users aware of it in a reasonable way. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply to you.

29. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the Contact Us page, or to support@chezzzbihub.com.

For privacy or legal questions, please reach out via the Contact Us page.
